Michael HartleibBoard Member, Peterborough

Dr. Michael Hartleib is a Staff Cardiologist at the Kawartha Cardiology Clinic in Peterborough, Ontario. He is a board certified Cardiologist with a fellowship from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada for both Adult Cardiology and Adult Critical Care Medicine. He completed his medical training at the University of Toronto including time as the Chief Cardiology Resident at Sunnybrook and Women’s College of Health Sciences Centre.

Dr. Hartleib is the President and leading Investigator of Kawartha Cardiology Clinical Trials. The clinical research team conduct clinical trials for cardiovascular disease, atherosclerosis, and many other conditions affecting the heart.

He is also actively involved at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre as the Cardiology Section Lead, Staff Intensivist and Cardiologist.

Dr. Hartleib lectures at Queen’s University as an Assistant Professor.
